昨日、今日と『雪』が降っています。例年だと、「もう勘弁してください！」と思う昨日からの降雪ですが、今年は、何故か《ホッ！》としています。多分、白馬で頑張っている人達はそう思っている事でしょう。現在、白馬で進行している映画「銀色のシーズン」、こちらの撮影スタッフも喜んでいるに違いない。完成が楽しみです。実は、ホテルのガーデンも土が見えていました。やっぱり「春」は早いのか～～？、と思っていた矢先の雪です。

ちょっとお天気が悪いのですが、雪は降っています。

G・Wまで、白馬は楽しさ倍増！！！
Yesterday and today it snowed. Most years the snow could be forgiven for falling in such large quantities, as with snow come guests for skiing. So although the snow has been less than usual this year, everyone heaved a sigh of relief at the large dump that began yesterday. Perhaps those working hard in Hakuba thought as such. These days, there’s no doubt the staff working on the film ‘Gin Iro no Shiizun’ (‘Silver-coloured Season’, being filmed here currently) are also delighted at the recent snowfalls. We’re looking forward to catching that film when it’s released. Actually, the ground of the hotel’s garden can now be seen. Surprisingly it has snowed despite ‘Spring’ having seemingly come early this year?

With that said, those planning ‘Spring skiing’ or ‘Golden Week skiing’ should feel relieved – enjoying spring skiing around the ridges of this area of Nagano Prefecture is a must. Additionally, you can upgrade your enjoyment from more than just spring skiing. Skiing the slopes…flower festivals in the village…then relaxing in the hotel’s hotsprings and enjoying our head chef’s ‘New Spring menu’ from April. Can’t wait for the doubled fun of Golden Week in Hakuba!
